Ciao is hosting a charity event Tuesday, December 4th to endow a scholarship for students studying Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at Southeast Missouri State University. The special evening will feature a six course meal designed by guest chef, James Allen, with pairings of fine French wines showcased by Angie Warrens of Pinnacle Imports.
