After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, Ellen decided to return to her hometown and pursue her passion for food and wine. Being a Cape Girardeau native, Ellen loves seeing familiar faces and meeting every fresh face that steps into Ciao. Her welcoming spirit and big smile are sure to make each and every customer feel special from the moment they arrive to the second they leave!
